The Menus featured at La Brasserie are the steady development of both classical and traditional french recipes, which have today become firm favourites with our loyal and visiting customers.
MENU REGIONAL
La Brasserie's new Head Chef Robert Maylon is kee to demonstrate his expertise and is embarking on a culinary Tour de France, starting with William the Conquer's department of Normandy.
The menu will start on Wednesday the 10th of March and run for two weeks, when it will be replaced by a menu from Burgundy.
The Wine list features an extensive range of well sourced French wines and offers a varied choice from all regions.
La Brasserie offers Breakfast every morning from Mon-Fri at 8am and Saturday & Sunday from 9am.
We also offer a brunch menu which is available throughout the day, space permitting.
